Liam Kelly, the founder and proprietor of Keltech Performance, received training in the United Kingdom. In addition to holding various engineering and technical degrees associated with the automotive industry, Liam received extensive training at Porsche Cars Great Britain.

Prior to his arrival in Canada, Liam was a proud member of London's leading Porsche specialist, Charles Ivey Specialist Cars Ltd., who were responsible for three class winners of Porsche at Le Mans. Training and working with some of the best Porsche specialists in London, as well as moderate track exposure puts Liam in a unique position to provide superior service to his clients.
